We understand that not everything you purchase will work out. We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or damaged merchandise for exchange or return within 40 days from the shipping date.

Any items that have been worn or used or have blemishes/deodorant/pet hairs/ or any marks or damage will not be accepted or subject to additional fees.

SHIPPING
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and are shipped from Red Deer, Alberta. The shipping time is typically 1-5 business days, depending on your region and what shipping rate you choose. However, please allow more processing time for orders placed during our special promotions and holidays.
